Here’s my favourite smoothie recipe coming your way.
For the past 8 years or so I have basically been enjoying this smoothie every single morning. Sometimes I switch it up by adding different berries but not often because I like it just the way it is. Maybe it’s because they had it every morning while in my belly but Alia and Elle both love this smoothie.
Give me all the smoothie
It’s super simple and comes together in 3 minutes. The key to creamy dreamy smoothies are frozen bananas, trust me on this one, freeze your banana’s.
I add spinach to my smoothies for added nutrition, if that seems weird to you don’t worry, you can’t taste it at all.
My Everyday Smoothie
- 2 Cups Almond Milk
- Hand Full of Spinach
- Hand Full of Frozen Strawberries, Blueberries
- Half a Frozen Banana
- 1 Scoop of Your Favorite Protein Powder (we use chocolate flavor)
- 1 TBSP of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
Place all ingredients in blender making sure to put in the berries on top of the spinach, it blends better this way as the berries push the spinach down.
Blend and enjoy.
