Banana, Egg & Oat Flour Pancakes
This pancake recipe comes together in a flash and only has 3 ingredients. Very easy and healthy for both adults and children. Kids who like bananas will love this pancake. We like topping these with almond butter, maple syrup and strawberries.

  1. Mash banana with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add both eggs to mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  3. Add oat flour to banana egg mixture and mix with a wisk until well combined.
  4. Add oil to frying pan, heat pan to medium low.
  5. Add pancake batter to pan to desired pancake size.
  6. Cook until pancake is golden brown (approx 2 minutes) then flip to other side and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve with maple syrup and strawberries or desired toppings.
